CANCELLATION POLICY: All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule, you may do so within 24 hours (call, text or email). Cancellations done after 24 hours or” No Shows” your session will be forfeited (If you’ve purchased a Groupon your voucher will be redeemed.)
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Instead, you have the opportunity to receive store credit that can be used for other services. If you need to cancel, kindly ensure it's done within 24 hours. Unfortunately, any cancellations made after this time frame will result in the session being forfeited."
Payments are accepted online and in person. Clients who have no showed for appointments will be asked to pay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments.
LATE POLICY: Please arrive promptly for your appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Client's arriving over 15 minutes late, may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the following appointments.

LYMPHATIC MASSAGE/POST OP CARE
Your Lymphatic Drainage Massage is done by a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician professionally educated and certified in Post Op Care Manual Lymphatic Drainage or MLD. We do not give medical advice or offer any medical treatment, nor do we intend to cure any illness & diseases. Please follow the care instructions given by your doctor. Please check with a qualified Physician before beginning any of our services. We will take great care of you to best of our ability however, you are responsible for your own health, well-being and safety.
